Saying Goodbye to Young Royals: A Fan Tribute to Felice — A Loyal Friend

We remember vividly, the first time we binge-watched Young Royals and met Felice (Nikita Uggla), the high-society darling struggling to meet her parents’ sky-high expectations, we were a bit like, “Oh boy, here comes trouble.” Her whole power-chasing vibe, especially throwing herself at Wille (Edvin Ryding), her childhood friend, left us with mixed feelings. And turns out, a lot of y’all felt the same way too.

But as the episodes unfolded, so did Felice’s complexity. We started to see her and understand her more. Felice was all about that perfect image her folks expected from her. She was doing all these things to please them, like riding horses even though she was not a fan or thinking she was in love with her friend because he was a prince. But deep down, like all of us, she just wanted to be accepted for who she really is.

As one of you shared, Felice had such a full arc throughout all 3 seasons of Young Royals. It was beautiful to see. She went from chasing power to being this rock-solid friend, especially to Sara (Frida Argento) and Wille. And can we just say, loyal to a fault?

Always there for her friends — caring, understanding, and just plain awesome.

Sure, there were some bumps along the way (we’re side-eyeing that 2×03 moment), but Felice consistently snagged the MVP award across all three seasons. In Season 1, for her uncanny detective skills – seriously, top-notch. In Season 2, for calling out Wille on his mistakes but still loving him unconditionally. And in Season 3, for putting her self-worth as a priority.

Felice, with her warm smile and compassionate heart, stole all our hearts and quickly became a fan favorite. She’s a powerhouse of loyalty, resilience, and genuine kindness. The voice of reason, Wille’s only confidante, a strong yet vulnerable character who we couldn’t help but root for.

And credit where credit is due. Let’s give a round of applause to Nikita Uggla for bringing Felice to life with such depth and authenticity. Her portrayal gave Felice the soulful charm that resonated with audiences, making her a character we’ll always remember.

Saying goodbye to Felice is bittersweet. She’s been an integral part of Young Royals, and the thought of not seeing her around anymore tugs at our heartstrings. She’s the kind of friend we all wish we had in our corner.

So here’s to Felice, may your future be filled with all the good things life has to offer. We, and yes, we speak for every reader who shared their love for her with us, absolutely ADORE YOU. Have the best life, girl. We’ll see you on the flip side!

Our goodbye tributes are almost over, just two more characters to go and probably the ones that will hurt us the most: our beloved Simon (Omar Rudberg) and Wille. Keep an eye on our website for these two final tributes. You can read our tribute to Sara and August here.

The first 5 episodes of Young Royals Season 3 are available to stream on Netflix. The final episode will drop worldwide on March 18. Follow us on X and Instagram for all queer stuff!
