Heartstopper Forever Soundtrack: Every Song Featured in the Film

Ever since Heartstopper first arrived on our screens, its soundtrack has been just as memorable as its characters. The series has always understood that music isn’t simply background noise or a collection of catchy songs meant to fill the silence. Every track has a purpose. Sometimes it’s there to capture the butterflies of a first kiss, sometimes to give voice to feelings that are difficult to put into words, and sometimes to quietly remind us that growing up is just as exciting as it is terrifying. If you’ve ever discovered a new favorite artist because of Heartstopper, you’re definitely not alone.

That’s why, ever since Season 1, we’ve loved putting together these soundtrack guides for all of you. They’re our little way of helping keep the story going long after the credits roll, whether you’re looking to relive your favorite scenes, update your playlists, or simply find that one song you couldn’t stop thinking about after an episode ended.

The Heartstopper Forever soundtrack continues that tradition beautifully. The film’s music feels like a celebration of everything the series has built over the years, bringing back familiar artists who’ve become part of Heartstopper’s musical identity while introducing a few new names that fit seamlessly into its world. We get returning favorites like Baby Queen, Orla Gartland, and Tom Odell, whose music has accompanied Nick and Charlie’s journey since the very beginning, alongside artists like Khalid, Gigi Perez, Maggie Rogers, and favorites Billie Eilish and Wasia Project. The playlist even makes room for classics, with Sylvester’s iconic “You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real)” serving as a joyful reminder that queer music history deserves a place alongside today’s voices.

One of the things we’ve always loved about Heartstopper is that its songs rarely feel random. The music supervisors don’t just pick tracks because they’re trending or because they sound good in a scene. Every artist, every lyric, and every melody helps tell the story. Sometimes a song says exactly what Nick or Charlie can’t. Other times, it reinforces the emotions already unfolding on screen. It’s one of the reasons the soundtrack has become such a beloved part of the franchise and why so many fans eagerly wait to see which artists will join the Heartstopper family each season.

There’s also a particularly sweet detail tucked away during the film’s closing moments. After the epilogue, as Charlie (Joe Locke) boards a train to visit Nick (Kit Connor) in Leeds, we catch a glimpse of the playlist he’s listening to. Its title reads, “For Char, Love Nick.” It’s a tiny moment, but it says everything about the care these two have for one another. Watching the film, we couldn’t help but think that the Heartstopper Forever soundtrack almost feels like the show’s own playlist for all of us. So consider this our version of opening that playlist and pressing play on: “For the Fans, Love Heartstopper Forever.”

And yes… we know. There’s a very good chance you spent the entire film wiping away tears instead of opening Shazam every few seconds. Honestly, we don’t blame you. We took care of that part for you. Below you’ll find every song we could identify from the Heartstopper Forever soundtrack, ready for you to add to your playlists and revisit whenever you need a little bit of Heartstopper magic in your day.
