Young Royals Season 2 Trailer: When you lose yourself, you find what matters.

This is not a drill, folks! We repeat, this is not a drill. Screams exploded through the Q+ Magazine offices this morning as Netflix Nordic FINALLY released the Young Royals season 2 trailer. Wilhelm (Edvin Ryding) is back at Hillerska and things are clearly not going well.

If the Young Royals season 2 trailer is anything to go off, Wilhelm is going through it. He and Simon (Omar Rudberg) are clearly not together, which was implied at the end of season 1. Simon sent Wilhelm off into the Christmas break with the message that while he was working himself out, he had to do that without Simon by his side.

And that definitely tracks with what is playing out in that trailer.

It looks like Wilhelm is definitely dealing with the consequences of his actions, but ouch man, the hurt is real in this clip. Wilhelm’s pain viscerally bleeds through the screen and this trailer clearly documents his struggles to come to terms with the fact that he clearly still very much loves Simon, but right now, he can’t have him.

And then there is that dude called Marcus (Tommy Wättring) that seems to be moving in on Wilhelm’s turf y’all – who is ready to get their pitchforks and defend, defend, defend?

We notice that Simon is still wearing the damn purple hoodie though, so that gives us just a teensy tiny bit of hope. The whole thing is 100% angst and November 1 can’t come fast enough.

“How can I trust you?”

“When you lose yourself, you find what matters.”

“They don’t want me to be associated with you.”

But then…

“I could be free.”

Wait.

WHAT?

We have so many feels. So many emotions. How is everyone doing? November 1 when now?

We are dying to hear your theories. Okay, go…!
