Unfightable: Fuse Media’s Debut Documentary Spotlights Trans MMA Fighter Alana McLaughlin
Hey folks, big news! the Latino-owned media company known for championing diversity, is stepping into the film industry with the theatrical release of the ViX original documentary, Unfightable. Directed by Emmy® Award-winner Marc J. Perez (Severe Clear, Anytown USA) and brought to life by La Jaula Studios, this documentary dives deep into the life of Alana McLaughlin a U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant and transgender athlete striving to control her life and narrative through professional MMA fighting.
Mark your calendars! Unfightable will make its theatrical debut with a one-week run in New York starting September 13 at the Village East Theater, followed by a week-long run in Los Angeles at Laemmle Noho 7. Tickets will be up for grabs soon, so keep your eyes peeled. If you can’t make it to the theater, don’t worry! The documentary will premiere exclusively on ViX for Spanish-speaking audiences and on Fuse for English audiences in the months following the theatrical release.
