MewTul Hard Launch Their Relationship on Social Media
Popular Thai BL actors Mew Suppasit Jongcheveevat and Tul Pakorn Thanasrivanitchai have officially and publicly confirmed they are in a romantic relationship. It’s been rumored that MewTul, as they are affectionately known to fans, have been dating for a while, but the pair never made any moves to comment on the speculation. Until now. The couple appeared on a Thai television show that aired on July 12 in Thailand openly discussing their relationship and being physically affectionate with one another.
The episode of the show takes place in a car and before Tul gets in Suppasit says he’s grown up a lot, that the person about to get in the car and reveal themself to audiences as his partner calms him down and allows him to see the world through a different perspective.
“I’m the happiest,” he says with a huge smile on his face.
The pair reveal they officially met ten years ago but they didn’t start dating right away. Suppasit says that although they stayed in contact, their relationship didn’t develop until some time later. While Tul was studying in the United States, Mew went to visit him three times, deepening their connection and solidifying their relationship.
As MewTul talks about revealing their relationship publicly, Mew holds Tul’s hand as he says that the real world is harsher than he expected it to be. He says that he’s received all kinds of comments which include wishes and hopes that he would die. The suffering and judgment he’s received from being in the public eye has clearly impacted the young man. Suppasit says that Thai society has changed a lot, for the better. He says everyone deserves to be loved in their own way and he’s thankful for the progression in his country.
After the show aired, Mew promptly dropped a video of MewTul and their travel adventures on his Instagram account. The post came with the tagline “We survived Mongolia” and is set to a song parroting “Have you seen my boyfriend?” repeatedly as the pair pose in various places around Mongolia.
They are adorable together!
Mew Suppasit cut his teeth in Thailand through various successful modeling gigs, however, it was his role in the ever-popular BL series TharnType that shot him to immense fame. Tul Pakhorn’s rise to fame echoes his boyfriend’s journey. He also started out modeling and was later cast in the wildly successful BL production Together With Me.
As their on-screen careers blossomed, both men made it a priority to finish their education and are both highly credentialed in their own right. Suppasit holds a PhD in Engineering and Pakhorn recently graduated from Columbia University with a MSc in Real Estate Development.
