Bear World TV Brings the Global Bear Community to the Screen
Let’s be honest, the bear community hasn’t exactly had an abundance of screen time in LGBTQ+ media. Despite being a vibrant, diverse, and deeply rooted part of queer culture, bears have often been sidelined in mainstream coverage. But that’s changing, thanks to Bear World TV, the brand-new broadcast platform from Bear World Magazine, the world’s leading lifestyle publication for the global bear community.
Streaming now on Bear World Magazine’s website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms, Bear World TV is here to deliver weekly servings of news, entertainment, and culture made specifically for, and by, bears. Think of it as the bear world’s very own Fab Five: five dynamic hosts, five unique perspectives, and one mission—to celebrate bear life in all its glorious forms.

Marquis The Honey Bear, Joe Martone, Alexander Rodriguez, Ravi Roth, and Hunter Harden each bring their own flavor to fast-paced, two-minute segments covering nightlife, travel, pop culture, humor, and community events. Produced by Bear World Magazine co-founders Richard Jones and Robin Gray, the platform expands the brand’s mission to celebrate body positivity, inclusivity, and queer joy through engaging, community-driven content.
“Bear World Magazine turns 13 this September, and we wanted to do something special to mark the milestone,” says Jones. “Creating a broadcast platform will not only entertain but also amplify the many voices within our vibrant, diverse community.”
Each segment on Bear World TV brings its own spin to bear life. In ‘Alexander on Screen,’ entertainment journalist and queer pop culture expert Alexander Rodriguez promises “smarter questions and deeper conversations with queer icons and unsung heroes alike.” Over in ‘Marquis is Barely Informed,’ comedian Marquis The Honey Bear declares, “We’re tackling gay and bear culture one ridiculous topic at a time,” describing his style as “unseriously serious fun.”
Nightlife gets its moment in ‘Hunter’s Hot Nights,’ sponsored by Gun Oil Personal Lubricant, where Hunter Harden serves up the best vibes in the scene. “A party with hugs, a great DJ, body positivity, and a little glitter? That’s what I call a hot night,” he says. For event coverage, ‘What to Know with Joe,’ sponsored by DeviousSaint.com, keeps viewers updated on can’t-miss happenings. “If it makes you say, ‘aw damn, I wish I’d gone to that,’ — I’ve got you covered,” says host Joe Martone. And for those who wander, ‘Ravi Round the World,’ sponsored by Island House Key West, lets LGBTQ+ travel expert Ravi Roth show how “travel is more than a vacation — it’s visibility, connection, and celebration.”
With new episodes dropping weekly, Bear World TV is poised to become the go-to digital destination for bears worldwide—a place where humor, heart, and unapologetic pride meet. Or as Jones puts it, “Bear World TV will be a call to celebrate who we are: loudly, proudly, and together.”
So now you know, folks, don’t walk, run to Bear World Magazine’s official website or their social media channels, and step into the big, bold, and beautifully beary world of Bear World TV.
